The leak isn't where you think it is.

A tender closes on Wednesday and your quote goes out on Monday. Procurement needs a lead time in 24 hours and nobody answers. A dealer looks at your range and goes quiet. Somewhere between those moments and a purchase order, the money goes missing — and nothing in your current setup is measuring where.

Six questions. I reply personally within 48 hours.

    Six places it usually is.

I've yet to open one of these and find only one problem. Usually it's three, and they compound — which is why fixing the one you already know about rarely changes the number at the end of the quarter.

Tap any leak you recognise in your own business. It's a self-audit, not a commitment.

    What it's costing you

Put a number on the leak.

A rough model, not a forecast. Move the three figures to match your business and watch what a slow response is quietly taking off the table every month.

What you get, and what it costs.

Two weeks. I look at everything before I recommend anything — your site, your enquiry path, your search visibility, your follow-up, and what actually happens to a message sent to you outside office hours.

    • A written findings document. Plain English, no deck, no jargon. What is leaking and roughly what it is costing you.
    • A priority order. What to fix first, what to fix second, and what to leave alone — including the things you are already paying for that aren't the problem.
    • A response-time baseline. I measure what happens to an enquiry sent to you at 11pm on a Sunday, because I send one.
    • A straight answer about whether I am the right person for the job. Sometimes I'm not, and it's cheaper for both of us to find that out in week two.

S$1,200. Two weeks from kickoff. Credited in full against any engagement started within 30 days. The findings are yours either way — including if you take them to somebody else.

First two sign-ups come in at S$999. After that, the full S$1,200 applies.

    Six questions.

Enough for me to tell you whether the audit is worth doing. If it isn't, I'll say so — that reply costs you nothing and takes me ten minutes.

I read every one of these myself. You'll hear back within 48 hours, including if the answer is no.

What this looks like when it's done.

I don't have twenty logos. I have one client in this supply chain whose system you can go and look at, and the actual documents you would receive.

Outlines X Asia — architectural hardware, Singapore.

Architectural detailing and seamless hardware showcase rebuilt for Outlines X Asia.

Concealed hardware is a hard thing to sell online. The buyer is an architect or an interior designer, the product is invisible by definition, and the enquiry usually arrives with no project context attached.

I rebuilt the brand's visual strategy, the digital product showcase, and the routing that gets an architect's enquiry to the right person instead of into a shared inbox.

These are the real deliverables, not mock-ups of them.

    See the structure first

    Download a sample findings document.

One page, no fluff. Drop your email and I'll send the sample PDF straight to your downloads. No follow-up sequence — if you want to talk, the form is above.

Three reasons to close this tab.

    01

You want social content and nothing else.

There are people who do that well and cheaply, and I am not competing with them.

    02

You're testing an idea that hasn't proven itself.

Systems are for businesses that already have customers. Build the demand first — spending this money before that is spending it twice.

    03

You need results inside thirty days.

That isn't how any of this works, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something. The build alone is sixty to ninety days.

If you're an established operation with real customers, where the marketing has fallen behind the business and one person can make a decision without a committee — that's the room I work in.

Ashley Cheang, founder of Elyra Collective.

No pitch deck. No junior account manager.

I'm Ashley. Elyra Collective is a solo practice, deliberately. Eight years in digital marketing, fifteen behind a camera, and enough time inside building materials, interior design and real estate to know what a spec sheet is for.

You speak to the person who does the work, from the first email to the last delivery. That is the whole model, and it is why I only take a small number of engagements at a time.
